Damien "Volta" Revel
The elusive leader of the Augmentalist rebellion. He is a talented Tinkerer and Technomancer, almost unparalleled to anyone else in the realm. He provides lifesaving or beneficial cyber augmentations to Constellangels that ask... for a price.

He was once a soldier alongside
B-3AR wishing to be a part of the Sentinels, however after a tragic surprise raid that left B-3AR mortally wounded, he realized they were both just throwaway pawns to their cause.
These events inspired him and B-3AR to form an organization and work against the Zodiarch Council and their negligence of classism and abuse.
He and B-3AR's true identities are unknown to Ascended authorities due to being listed as "K.I.A." during the raid.
Orsa "B-3AR"
Known as the Augmentalist Rebellion's "Resolver", B-3AR provides muscle for the group's more active endeavors; leading missions that others would deem too dangerous otherwise. Proficient in hand-to-hand combat, as well as guerrilla warfare, she is a resourceful and efficient fighter valuing the Augmentalist's idealism and Volta's dream above all else.
Once a low ranking soldier in the Ascended army, she was almost killed in a surprise raid and was refused treatment in place of others with more "value". Volta saved her life, and since then she has wanted nothing more than to support him and change how the Ascended view people of the lower echelons.
Her real name is only known to her and Volta, she does not like to be pressed about it or called it.
