Fallen Life and Guilds

Life as a Fallen is much more uniform than their Ascended counterparts. No one is without purpose, even the smallest life is put to use for the benefit of the Fallen Regime. There are no slums and no poor, everyone works for their place and are rewarded as such, regardless of rarity. With that being said, higher-risk tasks are placed in the hands of higher rarities, to assure that no life is being needlessly thrown away. Every farmer, every master tactician, has a place within Fallen society. And if someone were to falter, perhaps feel sympathy for the enemy… they spend a little time at the Gallows until their convictions fail to waver.

The lack of internal conflict within Fallen society seems to be the key to their successful army, in spite of being smaller in number than Ascended currently. There are no opposing factions, rather multiple specialized groups inter-working to create a more efficient war machine.

Assassin's Guild

A powerful and secretive tool used for delicate missions that can be completed with a small group of soldiers. Stealthy and cunning individuals are sought after for this group, especially those that are less reluctant when it comes to convenient death.

Acolyte Group

A group of knowledgeable influencers and politicians. They do not have policies of their own, they only reinforce the word of the Red Queen and uphold it as they travel among Fallen society. They often do not see the fire of battle, but rather enlist different Fallen into different groups after seeing their potential.

Medina's Eye

Resourceful and talented researchers are recruited to Medina’s Eye. They act not only as scouts to the movements of the Ascended, but also are keen on recovering artifacts of old to use for the Fallen Regime. It takes a special kind of Constellangel with an attunement to magic and the arcane to be able to identify such objects, and be adept enough to protect yourself as enemies

Queensguard

The main militia of the Fallen. Many Fallen will start their training within the Queensguard, and if they are not enlisted to a subgroup by an Acolyte, they will move up the ranks to the Elite Queensguard. The Queensguard brands it’s soldiers into 3 groups:

Crowns - tankier individuals with the ability to engage enemies and protect allies. Will always take the frontline in a battle.

Scepters - specially armed soldiers who can deal damage from afar and need the protection Crowns can offer.

Veils - menders of various types - any Constellangel with the ability to heal will be enlisted as a Veil. They require enough space in the backline to maintain healing, while also getting protection from both Crowns and Scepters.
