The age of a Constellangel does not at all influence their outward appearance - a Constellangel is able to choose whether they look young or old. Often times, a Constellangel will choose an appearance based on how they truly feel inside.

The lives of Constellangels span across many, many years, nearly to the point of being immortal - sharing the same lifespan as a star. This does not mean Constellangels cannot be mortally wounded - they can suffer enough damage to be permanently injured beyond the repair of even the most talented healers and of course, experience true death. Sometimes, under bizarre circumstances, a Constellangel can conceive.

Biologically, however, Constellangels find themselves experiences many of the same challenges that they did in their human lives. Disease, mental illness, and other ailments are not unheard of. Upon death, either due to old age or being mortally wounded, Constellangels will begin to dissolve into pure magic, dispersing in a way not dissimilar to a star dying, becoming pure stardust.
